Warranties Policy

AXXRY warrants –

  1. its products will be new and free from defects in design, materials, manufacture, and workmanship;
  2. title of its products and part is transferred to consumers free and clear of any liens and encumbrances.

Specific warranties, for exchange / return (as set-forth in the respective website document of
AXXRY) for manufacturing defects only, for the products available on this.

Website/platform are as follows –
1. Belts –
a. Split Leather Straps/ Canvas Leather straps/ Micro fiber Suede straps – 3 months warranty from the date it is sold to the consumer.
b. Top Grain leather strap/Microfiber Canvas strap/ Full Grain Leather strap/ Tpu Vegan – 3 months warranty from the date it is sold to the consumer.
2. All Buckles – 3 months standard warranty from the date it is sold to the consumer.
3. Leather Wallets & Cardholders – 3 months standard warranty from the date it is sold to the consumer.
4. Metal Cardholders – 3 months standard warranty from the date it is sold to the consumer.
5. Other Products – 3 months standard warranty from the date it is sold to the consumer.

AXXRY may from time to time offer lifetime free service warranty on any of the products sold through the website / platform.

The warranty will be expired within 3 months (or as per product warranty) from the date of purchase irrespective of the product is used or not. The aforesaid warranty does not cover any damage caused to the products purchased from this website / platform caused by normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, neglect, improper handling, misuse, vandalism, or other causes external to the product, in which instance you will have no recourse against AXXRY. AXXRY does not warrant that the products displayed on the website/platform will be available at all times for purchase, for e.g. they may be out of stock.

AXXRY reserves the right to update this warranty from time to time subject to their internal review.
