Refund and Returns Policy

AXXRY INDIA is committed to making your Product Shopping experience a success and is offering exchange and returns (within 7 days of completion of delivery at your address) for all shipments.

In the event you are not satisfied with the product purchased from the website, then you can return the product to us and we will exchange the product or refund the purchase consideration, including shipping charges which was levied while delivering the product, to you. Please note that you have the option of either exchange of the product or claiming refund of the purchase consideration. Such request for return
and refund / exchange has to be made within 7 days from the date of completion of delivery of the product to your address. 

You are required to follow the below instructions for processing return and refund of the product:

1) Inform us about returning the product within 48 hours of delivery on axxryindia@gmail.com or call/ whatsapp : +91 9817207667 ONLY BETWEEN 11 AM to 6 PM (Monday – Friday).
2) We will arrange for the pick up within 48 hours from the same address where the product was initially delivered.
3) Once the shipment is delivered back to us by our delivery partner in ORIGINAL/UNUSED condition, we shall refund you the money within 72 hours in your
bank account only or deliver to you a replacement of the product at the same address within 7 days, as the case may be.

Please note that you are eligible to seek exchange of the product on only the first occasion and if you still insist on exchanging the replacement product then AXXRY reserves the right to levy additional charges which shall be previously communicated to you in writing.

To ensure safety, AXXRY does not provide the facility of doorstep refund. Refund shall be made to the same account of the user from which the purchase consideration was paid and in case of cash on delivery products, the refund will be given via bank transfer in the name of the customer only.

In addition to adherence to the aforesaid conditions, please note that return and refund/exchange benefit will not apply to you in the following circumstances:
a. The product is not in new, unused and re-sellable condition and is torn or damaged or destroyed (as per the examination of the QC check authorised to collect the product); and
b. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information is not on the product or in the packaging.

Please note: Items bought under sale/discount/EOSS are not eligible for refund under any circumstances. However, you can exchange size of your product 1 time within 7 days & exchange will levy delivery charges to the customer.

 You also have the right to cancel your order prior to its delivery at your address using
the option available on the website.
AXXRY shall have the right to update this policy from time to time as and when
new products get introduced into this website, the refund/returns/exchange
benefits may not be available on those products. Therefore, we urge you to go
through the terms of this policy before transacting on this website.
